ZBT WR8305RT

This device is NOT RECOMMENDED for future use with OpenWrt due to low flash/ram.
DO NOT BUY DEVICES WITH 4MB FLASH / 32MB RAM if you intend to flash an up-to-date and secure OpenWrt version onto it! See 4/32 warning for details.

1) This device does not have sufficient resources (flash and/or RAM) to provide secure and reliable operation.
This means that even setting a password or changing simple network settings might not be possible any more, rendering the device effectively useless. See OpenWrt on 4/32 devices what you can do now.

2) OpenWrt support for this device has ended in 2022.
19.07.10 was the last official build for 4/32 devices.

The ZBT WR8305RT is a 802.11bgn wireless router based on the MediaTek MT7620N SoC. It has five Ethernet ports, out of which one is the wan port. It has one radio (SoC-based 2.4 GHz 802.11bgn). It comes pre-installed with OpenWrt Chaos Calmer.

The PCB has a label of ZBT-WE1626, which is probably the internal name of the router, whereas it is marketed as ZBT WR8305RT.

zbt we3826 is 8mb version of wr8305rt (openwrt image from wr8305rt succesfully installed via uboot and 1st lan port)

While the router is running, Wifi suddenly stops working. SSID is being broadcasted, clients are disconnected and not able to re-connect. Restarting Wifi service does not fix the issue. Only a full router reboot fixes the issue. This seems to be an issue with the driver. This is reported at several places such as below:
