VTech IAD303N
This is a Lantiq Danube based ADSL2+ CPE with 2x FXS to connect analog phones and 1x FXO to connect to a POTS line.
Known alternative product names are 013 netvision netbox and orange VTech smart box.
It's very similar to the AudioCodes MP-252.
This device is not supported yet

The unpopulated space for another daughter-board next to the WiFi module is probably meant to be used for a DECT module.
The three unpopulated connectors on the bottom could be intended for TAE sockets (common to connect analog phones in germany).
