NETGEAR VVG2000-1
This is an ADSL voice gateway offered by Netgear through service providers (i.e. not retail) (in Europe only?). It is currently unsupported on OpenWRT and is unlikely that it will be in the reasonable future (SoC, ADSL, and Voice DSP not currently supported in OpenWRT).
