GL.iNet GL-A1300 (Slate Plus)

The GL.iNet GL-A1300 (Slate Plus) is a wireless travel router powered by a USB-C port. It has got two 10/100/1000Mbps LAN and one 10/100/1000Mbps WAN ethernet ports. The USB 3.0 Type A port can be used for USB modems.

There are four screws, one under each end of the two rubber non-slip strips on the underside. Once the screws are removed, there are are a set of friction locks inside holding the clamshell together. Start at a back corner and pry the clamshell apart, then work your way around (the top needs to move inwards).

Once the clamshell is apart you can remove the top. The board has antenna connections to the bottom part of the case. These are removable, but if you're careful you can tilt the front of the board up and free the board from the case while keeping them connected.

The serial port is in the back right corner of the board. Unlike many gl.inet devices, these don't have the pins pre-populated.
