The TP-Link VC220-G3u is an ADSL / VDSL modem with 3x 10/100Mbps LAN ports, 1x 10/100/1000Mbps LAN/WAN port, and 1x RJ11 DSL port. It provides AC1200 dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) Wi-Fi.

This device is not supported by OpenWrt.

The device uses an EcoNet EN751221 SoC, which is not currently supported. The information below is from the stock firmware boot log and may be useful for development.

This device uses A/B Partitioning, as seen in the MTD layout (`kernel`, `kernel_2`, `rootfs`, `rootfs_2`). This means there is a flag in flash that tells the bootloader whether to try booting partition A or partition B.

Any future OpenWrt port would likely need to be installed from the bootloader using a serial connection, as the stock firmware likely expects cryptographically signed update files.
