- From TP-Link websites: It appears that US version is in black color, whereas EU & other region version is in white color. Both are in version v1. It is not clear if there is any hardware difference among them - eg. 5G mmwave -vs- 5G NR. OEM firmware from a different region may NOT be applicable to your region device. Please take precaution on backup OEM firmware for your device, or search for OEM firmware in the -CORRECT REGION- on TP-Link website..
