MAP IPv4-over-IPv6 encapsulation

MAP (Mapping of Address and Port) is an encapsulation used for providing IPv4 connectivity over IPv6 networks. It is a transition technology towards full IPv6. Other transitioning mechanisms include DS-lite, 6rd and many others. For more, see a list of IPv6_transition_mechanisms.

Introduced in r40822, r40823 (MAP-E) and finalized in r41003 (MAP-T)
