The default LuCI theme in OpenWrt is called Bootstrap.

However this web UI is fully customizable. To change themes go to System → System → Language and Style. Use the Design dropdown to select the theme, then click save and apply.

Install themes via packages by going to LuCI → System → Software, and filter for “luci-theme”. You will see several options. There are also many more community themes available on the Forum linked below.

Bootstrap is the default theme, it has dark mode and light mode options. By default, it will automatically switch modes depending on your system appearance.

OpenWrt2020 is the previous default theme and is still available.

Material is inspired by Google's Material Design 1.
